My employer told me to log in to how.fm, but I don’t have the credentials for the login.

Where are my login credentials?

Please search in your email inbox for how.fm code. If you had login credentials, we sent them to you via email. If you don’t find them, please send us an email to hello@how.fm with your manager’s name and the company you work for and we’ll fix that for you.

I can’t find my login credentials.

I don’t know if I have received any login credentials.

Where can I type in the account name?

You will find two text fields on the login screen:

Account name
Code

If you cannot find the account name field you have to get the latest version of the how.fm app.

I get an error when I type in the login credentials.

Please send us an email to hello@how.fm with the login credentials you are using. Also, your manager’s name and the company you work for would be of great help to us. We’ll try to fix that for you as soon as possible.

I only have a code but not an account name.

Recently, we have improved the security mechanisms of how.fm. From now on, you need an account name plus the code for the login. Note that the code might have changed. Please get in touch with the responsible person from your company to receive the login credentials.
