The rollout
A practical system for people, processes, and sites.
ColdTrack started with the knowledge its teams needed immediately, while creating a structure that could grow with the business.
A new WMS, made learnable
Complex system knowledge is divided into focused sequences workers can revisit when they need it.
One standard for every role
Forklift drivers, pickers, warehouse teams, and office staff receive consistent guidance.
Built for every facility
Core training stays consistent while local orientation and processes remain site-specific.
Ready for the next stage
The same system can expand into compliance, safety, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
Why ColdTrack changed
A major systems move needed more than a one-off briefing.
ColdTrack, formerly NutriFresh Services, specializes in perishable e-commerce fulfillment and shipping. As the company introduced a new visual identity and migrated to a new warehouse management system, it also rethought how people learned company-wide processes.
The training challenge crossed functions and facilities: forklift drivers, order pickers, warehouse colleagues, and corporate teams all needed clear guidance—without losing the local context of each site.
Start with the work people do every day
The first implementation stage focused on the new WMS, scanner use, and orientation for new employees. Each topic was broken into learning sequences of around 15 minutes, combining text, images, and video across a wide range of languages.
Scale without flattening local needs
The launch began with 60 employees before expanding toward ColdTrack’s full 350-person team. Content could be tailored to each facility while the underlying standard remained consistent across the network.
With the operational foundation in place, ColdTrack could extend the same approach into compliance, safety, quality assurance, and efficiency—turning training from a launch task into an ongoing performance tool.
Turn operational change into confident daily work.
Give every role and location clear, repeatable training—without putting growth on hold.
